1936 CHEVROLET COUPE
Everythings new or rebuilt.Powered by a fresh 305 and 700r4 transmiission w/shift kit to dead posie 12 bolt rearend.New B&M shifter for nice gears changes.She,s quick,smooth,and designed for comfort,but with the old school hotrod look.I took it to a local RAT ROD show,and the kids loved it,but this isn't one,as it isnt ratty and dangerous.Alot has been done,but done right and vintage correct.Even the old Willys guages were reworked to keep it authentic.No billet,or trailer queen streetrod looks to this baby.New front 4 inch ss Cragar front runners,and tires,give it the gasser drag look we all remember.But you must know, this car has been babied.I,am a 54 yr. old cruiser,that pampers my cars.Hawiaan Hues, Fern Green,urethane,courtesy of Alsa Paints;and chosen as there display car for this line.Interior done in a combination, Ivory and Kiwi metalflake,w/60,s lowback buckets and vintage banjo wheel;after extensive,second skin mud and,dynamat wrapped completely thru interior,to keep it quite and cool.Headliner is done in the kiwi metalflake,and 1954 Chevy chrome trim,and finished off w/ a deco Stutz Bearcat dome light.The wood the car was pristine and solid,except for the doors which were reworked w/steel reinforcing,NOTE: Since pics were taken,kickboards and front/rear divider have been finished and trimmed out.Alot of detail and interior chrome in this car gives it a distint look,but no adverse cuttings to take away from it,s stock lines and integrity.Only exception being the hood clips,used to easally remove front fenders.Mustang,Rack and pinion w/Chevy spindles,up front,new disc brakes,and drums in the rear.The car comes complete w,it,s original hood,chrome hood center piece,stock hood ornament, and runningboards,if you prefer the more stock appearance.Also included are 7 inch Chrome Supreme Mags for the rear for some variety.Has an old school sound system installed w/speakers in the doors and new 8 track tape player.Other new parts include,TCP aluminum fuel cell,edelbrock 600 series carb,aluminum radiator,chrome alternator,master cylnder, booster,driveline,wiring,door poppers,electric windows, and much more.I have invested many thousands more than what I,am asking.This will bring some lucky guy hours of fun crusing his favorite venues,nostalgia drags,etc.Please email w/questions and more area specific pics.Happy motoring and best of luck.
