1998 FORD MUSTANG COBRA
1998 FORD MUSTANG SVT COBRA (SVT = Special Vehicle Team). We are asking $8,500 but we will consider ALL reasonable offers (go ahead an make us an offer!). I only drive it ocassionally, because it is my toy/project... Miscellaneous parts and features included are: Vehicle birth cirtificate (this is an original SVT Cobra that was a limited production vehicle). Factory owner's manual and maintenance booklet (leather SVT branded binder) The engine was replaced 4 years ago with a remanufactured FORD factory engine I purchased from Jarrett Scott Ford, less than 5,000 miles on the new engine. Mach500 sound system (AM/FM/Cassette/CD) BBK Long tube headers and x-pipe with high flow cats Flowmaster cat-backs I replaced the front seats with those from a 2001 Cobra , Suede leather with emproidered cobra logo. I have the back seats, but they were from a convertible model and do not fit (but you can have them in-case you can have them custom fitted). Floor mats with embroidered cobra logos (matches carpet color Tan) Diablo preditor II programmer for computer ($400 computer tool) King Cobra clutch kit Eibach pro system plus suspension kit (shocks / struts / springs / bushings / anti-roll bars) Maximum motorsports strut tower adjusters Maximum motorsports strut tower brace (never installed but will be included) Boost and O2 guages in saleen dash pod (never installed but will be included) Work Needed: The engine is leaking oil into the coolant but the oil is clean and the engine runs great. The hoses were replaced when I had the engine replaced, but the oil in the coolant has affected them some. I have not driven this car regularly, so the tires are dry-rotted and need replacement (ebay is a GREAT place to buy nice tires at lower price). The short Y-cable for the parking brake is broken and needs replacement. As I said before, we really need the money due to financial problems, and I will consider all reasonable offers. I have attached several pictures (see below). The pictures of the car parts were taken prior to installing them in the Cobra (so you can see they were BRAND NEW). This is a true car collector's dream, and any MUSTANG FAN's must-have!!! Make us an offer!!!!
