1955 FORD CROWN VICTORIA
This is a sweet example of one of Ford's finest automobiles! The engine is a 292 that's been rebuilt. It has a 3 speed transmission. It runs and drives great. It doesn't smoke or use any oil. It was converted to 12 volts years ago. It was painted Red a number of years ago, but it still shines and looks great. It has a matching red and white interior. The fender skirts and original style open-face Continental kit add class to this already classy ride. It rides on a new set of BFGoodrich Silvertown wide white walls from Coker. Underneath the car looks great. All of the body mounts (that extend out from the frame) are in excellent shape, it's got a solid front crossmember, the frame is in excellent shape. There is a dual exhaust on the car with a set of glass packs that gives the car a distinctive sound. Not too loud, but with a sweet rumble. It comes with a clear N. Carolina title. Now for the blems, inside of the car, the chrome "tiara's" have some pitting on them, also on the roof, there are a few blisters in the paint that look like small "air pockets", and there is a very small amount of rust on the inner rocker panels, 2 small areas in the front floorboards and a few blisters at the rear wheelwell area on the drivers side. I will be glad to send pictures upon request. I am selling this for a friend of mine who has owned the car for approximately 3 years. He's had absolutely no problems with the car at all.
